  Long queues and unhelpful staff. Call centre in abroad so they are totally useless. Will be moving my accounts.

  Very poor service, nobody taking ownership, unhelpful. I had to give a star but I wouldnt if I didnt have to. Use another bank! A Maher

  Bit of a wait in que but Mr. Peter Cox, helped me a lot and was really helpful-excellent customer service..

  The Barclays branch in Peterborough has got to be the worst in terms of customer service and the lim waiting times! You’ve got 5 guys sat at the customer services area, of which 3 are pretending to be typing on a keyboard without serving any customers. Spent 20 minutes explaining to the customer services rep that I’d moved into Peterborough, and whilst doing so, I lost my debit card. Called customer services and they blocked my card (sensible thing to do) & advised me that I’ve got to go into a Barclays Branch and request a new one along with the address change. This was an impossible task for the incompetent rep that was dealing with my query. At the end, I gave up and left!! Sad I can’t select 0 stars, otherwise I would have.

  Always helpful.. staff always polite... do their best to keep queues down
