  No stars at all but had to give 1 to be able to give a review .. Bank Adviser suggested i get a Barclaycard to pay off my overdraft as the payments were better then the charges for the overdraft. When the Barclaycard arrived turns out I am unable to transfer money as advised.. Now if the Bank Adviser doesn't know what she is talking about how is she an adviser.... Had to take time off work without pay to go back to the bank on 3 occassions & finally cancell it! Get a grip Barclays & give your staff the correct training!

  Teller service in this branch is shocking unless you have plenty of time on your hands avoid it !

  No where near enough service staff available and staff don't seem to have the knowledge that they need, but are very friendly and helpful as they can be.
