  Spent and hour queuing only to be met with rudeness. Queue almost out the door and only two cashiers open.

  I wasted one morning because of their incompetence. I wanted to open a student account, and I brought with me all the required documents. Nevertheless, they didn't accept my university letter because they didn't have it in their database, and it is absurd because other friends of mine from the same university opened that account. In addition, there was a terrible smell all over the place that day, because some empoloyee had forgotten to take out the garbage. Avoid this branch

  Probably the worst barclays branch in the area. Long waits, poor customer service, failed to open a euro account for the 3rd time. I don't thing we are treated fairly as a customers.

  Long long long Q !!!! Lunch time and only one person serving customers! I believe they need a new manager with fresh ideas not someone who works here for many years and is doing nothing! Very very... very slow service!!! Cashiers are lovely here😊 just the service is terrible SLOW!

  Horrendous branch. Always long queues, staff are very slow and customer service non-existent, self service machines often out of service. Unbearable experience every time.
