  Ordered a statement on Easter Saturday.Young man said it would be there within 5 working days.After 3 phone calls over 4 weeks , still not received statement.Sorry to say this ,but somebody needs sacking.I need that statement.Surely it's just a push of a button.

  The staff are very helpful at this branch I was very impressed with their service in helping me to open a new account. ...everything was explained and show how to use in branch facilities. ......can't thank them enough for all the help. .......thank you. ...keep up the good work. ...:-) :-) :-)

  The staff at this branch are very very rude. One assistant, an old man who always wears a suit is very condescending.The staff talk about customers when they leave very noticeably so. They seem to be anti the mature and anti the disabled. Not good enough in this day and age. Only giving one star to make sure the review gets published. They do not deserve it.
