    One star is very generous. These guys will make you wait for ever. Ridiculous!! I waited 2 hours to get my freaking address changed. And decided to close my bank account with them. Avoid!!!

    terrible customer service. i came and made an appointment in order to create new student account. i asked the man who made appointment to check my bank letter before i went out and he said fine. it took me 2 weeks of waiting and then i was sent back empty hand after the appointment because of the changed detail in my bank letter which i asked was okay. then they refused to make me another appointment because i dont have correct bank letter yet. 3 weeks waisted

    Awful service. No help whatsoever, visited this branch twice and both time was told "I'm not qualified to help you" all I wanted to do was open an account with them and for them to go over some documents they asked to bring in! Rude staff and no help for something simple.

    Poor service and staff are unknowledgeable and very unhelpful. I started an application online to open a bank account and needed to go into branch to show proof of I'd and address. Problem with the system online so I phoned up and was informed to go to the city centre branch which was walk in and I just need to provide 1 photocard I'd and 2 proof of addresses. I turned up today after booking half the day off work and was told I have to make an appointment for a couple of weeks time. What a waste of my time! Avoid!!

    Awful Service!!! Employees seems doesn't know what they are doing. Waited in the queue for half an hour and waited another half an hour to be seen by someone still went home that my queries hasn't answered. The lady i was seen told me leave it to her she will sort it out for me waited for 2 weeks nothing happened. Went to Barclays Bank yesterday i was told the same thing. Still nothing happen. Oh well
