::Love this place, have been riding here for over 4 years now! It is such a friendly small yard with 11 well looked after , happy horses/ponies Can’t fault it! All of the instructors are great if you want to peruse dressage at a high level ( patsy - yard manager is a dressage riding) and they do jump lessons to a small standard. Pony club lessons are great - 2 hours of fun in heaven!🐴❤️ Can’t wait for my ride on Tuesday!

::It's a very small but friendly yard, everyone's really nice and helpful. Wonderful place to start riding because there's not many ponies so you can get to know them quickly and the instructor's are great. Once you get to jumping standard there's not very much on offer - no real jumping lessons, ponies, shows or events so I'd be tempted to move on at that point and if you're very ambitious or looking for a professional yard with lots of activities, Barnfield probably isn't for you. If you're a young/new rider who's nervous, or just starting out give it a go :D
