  Delivery took over an hour but we will give driver a break since it was a saturday night,, upon first glance of the 12”pizza chips and a can meal deal i was wuite pleased but when i sat down to chow down i was very disappointed the chips were soggy and taistless (sorta what ud excpect from a takeaway) now upon first glance of the 12” kiev pizza it looked satisfying but is i bite down into it i feel as if it had been laced with sand paper it was also cold in the centre possibly down to the delivery time,, all in all i rate my experience at base express a 1/5 stars the only enjoyable part of this meal deal was the can of fanta wich for some strange reason was warm unlike the food not the first time i have ordered here but will deffinetly be the last😡😡

  Base express. Top star service...! Staff are great and the food is always quick, well cooked and thier food never lets us down... Whether be tea time or early morning... Thier delivery service always seems to be very quick, even during the early hours... If you're after food a drink finishing work late or with friends and family and need a top up with food and a couple of more drink.... Alcohol is only delivered with their great food...!... If you're having a great party and maybe running out of nibbles.... Order some more... Menu is BIG!

  Sick and tired of garbage takeaways in carlisle. Why can't one pizza shop at least do a tasty pizza instead you get a horrible pizza with fake ass cheese just tasteless. Kebab was meh lamb dry and far too much sauce on just fell to bits. Chilli sauce tasted like celery not great. I guess your just use to serving pissheads and not sober people that can actually taste the food for what it is......below par. Step up your game base express make a pizza like they serve in Italy

  Ordered a chicken kebab. My god it was amazing, juicy chicken, salad and sauce separate so could build it as I liked it. Gorgeous food. Btw I'm not a local, on a business trip so I'm very critical, can't fault them.

  Always gave us garlic sauce in a tub and not on the wrap, and they put it on the wrap this time when I don't like it and someone on the phone tried lying and saying they always do that. Refused to change the wrap for us and lied through her teeth. Been using them since September but not anymore. Don't bother
