  Had a 30kWh LEAF on trial. Drove it to work only to find that there was no 3-pin cable on board to charge it. It took them four hours to reach us with the desperately needed cable. A year later we went to enquire about donating a charge point to a specified location. They said they would investigate and get back to us. Having heard nothing a week later, we returned only to be told that they had 'forgotten' about it, but that they would get back to us within a week. We heard absolutely nothing from them after that and chose not to waste time there again. We expressed our dissatisfaction at the time, but they weren't perturbed. Dreadful customer service.

  Excellent service, no pushy sales. They leave to get on a look around the cars without fussing over you. Bought several cars from here over the years going to buy a new Leaf 2.0 soon :-)
