  BDW looked after our dog for 14 years. During this time he received nothing but great care and respect. All the staff are friendly, helpful, caring and knowledgable. When the time came to have him put to sleep recently, we couldnt have asked for better care which meant the world to us on such a sad day.

  We have using BWD for over 14 years. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and caring. Can't praise and recommend them enough.

  Efficient, patient knowledgeable vets. Put my anxious GSD at ease and were very patient with him. Receptionist is very caring as well.

  This is an amazing vet. All staff without exception are super friendly and extremely helpful. I have found that the reception staff go out of their way to arrange timely appointments with a very nice approach. I have received a very personal service. The vets are very empathetic and always discuss options with me fully and give sound advice. Previously when I found out my dog had a tumour all staff were incredibly empathetic and patient with me. Unfortunately we are now back due to a recurring problem and being treated by Nicola who is worth her weight in gold! I feel very happy that my dog is in her competent hands. Big thank you to all for all your hard work and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.
