::This is my second attempt at dealing with Bathstore Clapham South to fit 4 bathrooms - you think they would be vaguely interested in helping. They are just so rude, such bad customer service, totally inefficient. I was shocked - never dealt with anything like it in retail.

::Never had an interest in writing any reviews but this experence i need to post online. Absolutely disgusting and horrible place to even consider about looking at for a new bathroom. Store spot on good selection of products and well layed out. Biggest problem with this store is the so called branch manager Brian, I believe that's his name or that's what he called him self. Never in my life have I met some one so rude and so abrupt. I'm sorry if my knowledge of bathrooms and it's products is limited to the daily use in my house and not to the fitting and the cost. I got the feeling when speaking to Brain, from his tone and body language, that I was nothing more than an neusance to him and that he's got something better to do. As a buyer companys should be trying to convince me to buy from them and not their competitors and not the other way round. This sales person (not a manager in my eyes) was more interested in how much I'm looking to spend and how soon. When I told him after Christmas he basically told me to leave and comeback closer to the time as this month is reserved for customers who will be buying in the current promotion. I don't ever buy on impulse I always like to take my time like when I had my kitchen from Wren it took me 6 months to take delvery but I bought within 4 weeks of the design. Here I thought bathstore will be able to do the same, not Brian. I won't be buying from bathstore I'm sure this is an isolated individual and other store will have better people with more mannors and respect but unfortunately first impressions count in my eyes and bathstore has lost my custome and that of my friends and family.
