  Would not recommend bathstore products. We have had our bathroom for just over two years and paid a couple of thousand pounds for it. There are a number of issues, the most significant being with the mechanism inside the toilet cistern. This has now failed twice and had to be replaced. For the money we spent, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the bathroom. I had a bathroom from b&q which cost about £400 and in the 8 years I lived in the property where it was installed, nothing went wrong with it at all. Will never use bathstore again.

  The store folks are really good and support however the product itself is of low quality - the bath unit cracked and the toilet wouldn't flush - i have spent money to get many plumbers sort out toilet issue in vain. To add to the frustration the customer service is pathetic as they refused to attend. I will not recommend bath store to anyone.
