  I Emailed this branch to ask if they sold a desk mounted set of thermostatic mixer taps. They replied that yes, they were on display in the showroom. When I turned up I was told that the company doesn't even stock such an item! Complete waste of my time.

  staff useless, poor service, have to chase million times, extremely expensive, and poor quality. never consider!!!

  The complete process was extremely poor. Staff untrained. The actual installation was a disaster. Being new to the UK. We made a huge mistake going to this company. Recently we had a problem with shower head. The replacement process was terrible. After dropping it off, tbey reluctantly committed to deliver the replacement shower head and call before delivering. Nothing from them. Then when I rang, they said I had to pick it up because they needed the box to return the faulty shower head. There must be a shortage of small boxes in England. You walk into their stores and the staff appear to go out of their way to be unhelpful.

  Was stood up 3 times when waiting at home on delivery dates. Had to phone head office to get the delivery in time for fitting! Once fitted the extractor fan broke after a day. I'm told I have to wait up to 2 days just for a call back from customer services. I've lost count of the times I've had to call to chase-up staff who never call back.
