  From the magaer, Peter Jackson, to one of the workers, William, the Bathstore has really failed in my case- multile fruitless meetings, no designs sent, being late for appoitments, talking on the phone to their son about going to the gym during our meetings, telling me I won't spend enough money in their store to warrant working with me at all (when I was going to spend over £1500), giving me conflicting information to what I have learned from other members of Bathstore ... The list clearly doesn't end there. I will not be using their services as God knows what other problems will be poured all over me at the other stages of my bathroom refurbishment.

  Bought a full bathroom in July 2014 - totally delighted and its still going strong - needed a replacement invoice 2 years later - after brief call to William at the Oxford store had my invoice in my email inbox. Fab customer service all round. Thank you

  Terrible customer service, with hidden charges if you try to return something. Avoid if at all possible.

  rubbish chinese sanitaryware and fittings. The fittings do not last more than three years and the sanitaryware goes grey because of poor enameling.
