  Staff were very nice and pleasant but the products are a good 2-3x more than most other stores. The items we purchased from another store, were the exact same quality but a good 2k cheaper. Must admit, the end to end planning and fitting is a really good idea. Just a shame that they are sooooooo £££££.

  This place is an absolute joke. Just ordered a bath and toilet off them. When placing the order, we told them we didn't want the comfort style toilet (the higher one) Surprise surprise when it gets delivered, it's the comfort style. We ring up to tell them the mistake and then say they will take it back, but they want another £15 for delivery of the toilet we wanted and asked for in the first place! No chance, seen as the delivery charge is extortionate at £30 anyway! So .. we finally get given the delivery for free, only because it's going to store. We have to pick it up. Then found out that we could not have a refund of £14 for the cheaper toilet as he could not do anything about it. How can they not give you a refund if it is a cheaper item? This will be getting taken further as it is daylight robbery and totally unacceptable. Do not spend your well earned money on these con artists, and reading the other reviews ... My review is not an over reaction as they seem to make a habit of bad service.

  Don’t bother. They have nice stuff but nothing to buy in the store, everything you see has to be ordered. The customer service at this point is poor. I waited in all day for DHL to find out my order was never processed and DHL knew nothing about it. I was asked to wait in again, when I asked for my money back they said that would take 2 weeks to processs. Useless.

  Just had my bathroom redesigned. The end result is fantastic. The fitter Ted was lovely and even laid a protective cover on the stairs to keep the carpet clean. Would definitely recommend Bathstore.

  These guys are a total disgrace. We spent a considerable amount of money here on the understanding Bathstore would fit a top quality bathroom that would last us years. Well, how wrong we were. The initial contractors were appalling. Bathstore don’t use their own fitters and clearly contract out to anybody with a pulse. We had an absolute band of cowboys come out to our address. Their attitude was horrendous. They damaged our walls and bannister when they were fitting the bathroom. Some bathroom furniture arrived damaged which they still fitted anyway. (This resulted in someone else having to come out and remove certain fitments. They didn’t even fit the mirror in line with the sink cabinet. They refused to paint the ceiling because “Bathstore hadn’t paid them enough”. We complained to Bathstore and told them we didn’t want them back the next day. The contractor manager told me he’d have somebody different to come out and get the Bathroom fitted. Next day the same contractors arrived. They clearly hadn’t been told not to come back by Bathstore and they were abusive towards us when we told them to leave. Bathstore dragged their heels in getting replacement contractors. They eventually sent a contractor out to finish the job who told me he was constantly tidying up Bathstore’s mess. The whole process was a nightmare. There were still parts of the bathroom we were not happy with and Bathstore refused to send somebody out. We had to threaten Bathstore with a small claims court before they offered us compensation which was spent on getting tradesmen out to complete the job properly. Don’t go anywhere near Bathstore. I can guarantee you will regret it. Just have a look at their twitter or Facebook page it’s full of complaints from people who’ve received a similar level of service to us. Save your money and go elsewhere.
