  Terrible service - was told delivery of shower screen would come between 11am and 3pm and "we will update you if our driver is delayed". Booked tradesman for 3pm on basis of this delivery info. at 3pm tradesman arrived - no screen had arrived. Had to chase them several times, each time told it would be just "another hour" or would arrive at a certain time, Had to wait at home all day, with a trademan waiting from 3pm for a shower screen that didn't arrive until 7pm. Shop elsewhere.

  Great place to buy everything for your bathroom. We survived 2 house renovations (3 bathrooms) with their help... (without splitting up) It's quick and easy, and they have great sales. Huge selection and you can see what you buy. Spencer was great in helping us pick what we wanted and we got a discount as returning customers. Very happy with the products and service.

  I was recommended to the Bathstore by a colleague in my office and found them really helpful and straightforward to deal with. I've been refurbing my house floor by floor so I've needed their help on a few occasions now. They have a great selection of bathroom gear, the prices are always good and they can get what you need in store quickly. I normally see Spencer or Greg when I go in and they both really know their stuff. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
