  I used Beaumont Legal for Conveyancing. They provided a professional, efficient and friendly service. Particularly liked the opportunity to upload all the necessary documents to the online portal, because this helped to keep everything in one place and reminded me when I needed to provide the information. The app was good too - it was nice to see a checklist of what tasks had been completed, and which ones were outstanding. Charlotte Brookes was my case worker and she did an excellent job. She responded to my emails really quickly, helped to chase up outstanding issues, got things moving quickly, and was really helpful explaining some of the more complicated parts of the process. This was very reassuring for a first time buyer, thank you!

  Fast and efficient service at a good price. All my queries both on email and via the portal were responded to promptly. Very smooth sale of my property. I would use them again in future

  I was very impressed all the way through: I dealt with Dominic. I was kept informed at every step and there were no unexpected delays.I had initially wondered if the significantly lower price than other solicitors I tried would mean a poor service, but that was not the case. I called on once occasion when Dominic was off for a day (perfectly reasonable!) and a colleague answered, looked at the file and quickly answered my query - you can't ask for more than that! I would definitely use this firm again and recommend to anyone.

  Great service. Excellent communication throughout. Would happily use again and fully recommend. Very quick answering queries and very reasonably priced. Used for my first house purchase, so was a bit daunting from the outset however very quickly put at ease with friendly communication. I only had to call a few times and answered straight away or if not called back promptly. Also very quick answering emails. Updates with online account was also very useful. Will happily go back to Beaumont Legal if I need any other work completed. Thank you.

  I had a really easy purchase with Beaumont. They were quick to respond to queries and the customer service from both the office and my designated advisor was excellent. They got answers to all additional enquiries we had and the online system makes life so much easier than having to send everything in the post. We got from offer to completion in about 2 months which was about as quick as it could have been. The online system also helps keeps cost down which is a blessing when buying a house. I would recommend to anyone buying a first or subsequent house.
