  Amazing little find this salon!!! I got brazillian waxing done and half leg. I was completely made to feel at ease, had some great chat and its by far the best waxing ive had done in terms of hardly any pain. Im really not good with pain at all but my brazillian was absolutely fine. Couldnt complain. Ive booked in again for more waxing next month. I think ive now found my new beauty salon and therapist ... she was a delight :)

  A little piece of heaven in Glasgow. My partner and I got the Refresh Spa package, everything was lovely and it was good value.

  One star is being kind! I've just called to try booking in for voucher I received at Christmas. It was my own fault not to have realised I was to book by 1st march especially since it's valid till 31st, needless to say another salon which is happy to take the money without providing a service or even honour the voucher. Now if they were fully booked (as the girl on the phone said they were till April) I could understand but as soon as I came off the phone I went to their online booking and plenty of appointments available on Friday the 30th!!!! I may have given 5 stars and rebooked if l was actually given the chance to use the voucher, but the fact they aren't even willing to accommodate or provide a high standard of customer service is extremely disappointing.
