  Our friends stayed here for one night which they had booked weeks in advance. On arrival they had been put in the attic room & had to climb 3 flights of stairs to it . The following morning when they came down for breakfast there was no table for them & were asked to sit in reception & wait. After 15min nobody had come back to them so they asked to see the manager who never arrived . They went to find someone to ask about the breakfast only to be told they would have to have it sat in reception. This hotel had clearly overbooked & didn't have enough breakfast tables for the rooms. Taking into consideration of the price of the accommodation this was not acceptable. It was the worst hotel they had ever stayed in & would not return to .0/10

  My daughters and i stayed at trevilles belforte hotel on arriving in manchester. Beautiful room great breakfast so decided to book for our last night before we fly out of manchester. We had rebooked the room only to find out that our room was given to someone else. We were put in a room on the 2nd level. Pulled 6 heavy bags up the stairs. There was mold in the corner of the room, the shower had mold, tea bags looked like they were old. To top it off the girl called the taxi to book a pick up at 4am. I told her to make sure to tell them we had 6 large bags. To me she was behaving suspicious. She wanted to ,make the call without our presence. Should have gone with my intuition. 4am we are waiting out on the road. I call the taxi company. They had a booking but were not told of the bags. So we had to order another taxi. Did she set this up to ,make money for the taxi company. We ended up paying for two taxis. Will not recommended this hotel due to her behaviour.

  Op zich net hotel. Goed ontbijt. Minpuntje is de douche. Deze wordt zonder in te stellen kokendheet of ijskoud en er omt een pisstraaltje uit. Wij hebben beklag hier over gedaan en er is niets opgelost.Douhe is niet geschikt voor klleine kindeten inverband mnet wisselende temperaturen . Wij hebben ee kamer voor 3 personen in de basement gekregen en de douche deel je met 6 personen.ziet er goedkoop maar schoon uit. Wij hebben ook pas op de derde derde dag schone handdoeken gekregen.

  Good service. Room fine except shower temperemental. Good breakfast.
