  The staff are uninterested and unhelpful! A group of friends and I was using a badminton court and there was lots of benches in the hall but they were all tipped on to their side and lined in the middle. I asked the staff at the reception if we could use one of those benches to sit on to rest in between matches but was told they must remain in their tipped position in the middle of the hall for "health and safety" reasons. If they are such an issue, why bother having them at all if they are not used for their original purpose? Also, if they're tipped on to their sides, it's far more hazardous since the legs of the benches have sharp corners sticking up. There was other people in the hall who did not ask permission and simply tipped some benches to sit on and use, a small group even moved it to their side of the court. I reported this to the reception since this was a "safety issue" and yet NOTHING was done a while later. I felt singled out here, maybe because my group were all Asian? Are we being ignored and lied to for racist reasons now? Simply put it, the rules were not consistent, nor enforced. No signs on the benches stating they cannot be used.

  Good gym facilities with a wide range of classes available. Spa area can be too busy at times

  I cleaned a floor mat in the gym with the free paper and spray cleaner provided....the brown marks on the paper showed how really filthy these mats are. Then there's the piles of dust in many corners. Superb facilities & Lovely staff ( most not all ) and let down by proper cleaning of a facility a paid cleaner should be doing.

  Lovely light-filled pool with friendly poolside staff and regulars. Great to have the afult swim nightly 8-9.30. Outdoor pool open in the summer, which is lovely. My fave Glasgow pool to swim in. Unfortunately let down by cleanliness of pool, changing rooms (v dirty!), toilets, etc. Really needs to be addressed.
