  I ordered a single valentine rose to be delivered to Bristol University. Although this was obviously a very small order on a very busy day I was treated as though I was a bride purchasing for a whole wedding. The courtesy and kindness was fantastic. This florist offers a truly personal and dedicated service. I cannot recommend him more highly

  Very poor service. Agreed to make 4 x bouquet for £25 each and when we turned up wanted more money. They knew we needed them today and just stated 'they cannot be made cheaper'. Will not be using again.

  I phoned Belle De Jour to arrange for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a dear friend of mine for Christmas. My friend couldn’t have been more delighted with them, the bouquet was made up of flowers with the most amazing array of deep, warm colours. I’m so happy I chose this florist and will be definitely using them again in the future. Thank you so much!

  The staff here are wonderful! After speaking to 2 other nearby florists I was starting to panic; I felt the reception I received was cold and unhelpful! My request was a special one; I was trying desperately to arrange birthday flowers for my girlfriend, my plan was to collect them on the morning of her birthday and get them to her before she left for work; (I was in Dublin trying to arrange this). Belle de Jour really got on board, they offered to meet me at the shop way before their usual opening hours so I would be able to pick them up straight from the first train and get them to my girlfriend in time! The flowers were stunning and very carefully arranged, I was even given help with wrapping a few gifts 🙈 I can’t speak too highly of the flowers and the service from these guys. Thanks you loads and loads
