  We would just like to say thank you for your prompt and professional response to our queries. Everyone has been very helpful and we would like to thank all the staff who have helped us and went the extra mile refitting cupboard doors and installing the dishwasher plus sorting out the washing machine door.   Bells were very helpful when I went to them for advice regarding a faulty washing machine that someone else locally had only partially diagnosed and not repaired (despite the call out charge). Carl, the engineer from Bells was friendly, informative and efficient and my machine is now working properly. It’s definitely worth getting someone who can be bothered to do the job properly and Bells did this. They give a morning or afternoon time slot, but also ring you 30 mins before arriving, so you can make your way home by the time they arrive, which I found useful. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

  Bells gas... Gas being the operative word here. Long winded on the phone, plenty of waffle and everything takes a week, engineer inspection, parts order. Our part took 10 days to get to us and then the engineer missed his first appointment by a day. When he arrived he declares our cooker didn't even have this part on it to be replaced!!! When we contacted bells they blamed the computer , not the initial engineers duff diagnosis. No apologies !!!! We are now 4 weeks on and the part we MAY Need will take 8 weeks to get. And I thought Laurel n Hardy were dead.
