  Great customer service when you in there, no problem. Specifically mentioned that my staircase is really narrow, so might there be a problem getting my new king size bed up the stairs? No, No, definitely Not,comes in parts. Great! Bed came in 2 parts, can't take it apart any more and it definitely doesn't fit through the staircase. So apparently options are 1. Send it back. 2. Take the window on the second floor out (?!), tie the base to the rope and pull it in! Considering that I'm pregnant and there is no way I can help my partner doing that! Now with total price of £1400 I would expect service better than THAT, starting maybe with staff in the shop not lying to the customer that it comes in 4 different parts and there's no possibility of not getting it up the stairs. Angry and upset is an understatement.
