  Berry Smith are the appointed conveyancing solicitors for the buyer of our house. They promised to turn round paperwork leading to contract exchange within 5 days. Two weeks later they still haven't completed their review of the paperwork and the delay may have critically jeopardized the entire sales/purchase chain. Although staff at BS are very pleasant they have continually failed to deliver on their promises on the time it will take to be ready to exchange. Very poor service.
