  We have stayed here before, the rooms on the first floor have been refurbished and the bathrooms have lovely showers. This time we had a ground floor room the bathroom was tired, the heater was leaking water all over the carpet and the room was cold

  Presently surprised, doesn't look much from the outside but has a modern feel inside and even had Sky Sports in the room. Mrs wasn't happy about that though! Great location, free parking, friendly staff, will stay here again.

  I paid for a twin executive room and got a dingy basic room!! The bed was extremely big. No mini fridge, no safety deposit box. The toilet was an absolute joke. The toilet system was extremely slow, you flush the toilet and all the contents in the TOILET wouldn't go down. It took atleast four attempts before the bowl would empty. It was a nightmare. The curtains were dusty and dated. Horrible

  Have stayed here with work for the past 6 months for approx 2 days per week. Hotel is generally to a really good level. The staff are very helpful and will do everything they can to help. The rooms are split into two. The refurbished rooms are good but the rooms yet to be refurbished definitely need work. Breakfasts are fine and the meals at the hotel restaurant are decent
