  We were given the worst room in the hotel. Even the manager apologised. However there was nothing wrong with the room it was clean had all the amenities. It was just small.

  This was a lovely clean hotel. We had a good size room. Very friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast. Would stay again.

  Warm, friendly welcome. Staff helpful. Breakfast was great. Rooms spacious and clean and tidy. Parking onsite. Tram stops just outside hotel.

  Excellent location with lovely view of the seafront. Very friendly and efficient staff. Well worth a visit.

  The hotel was ideally situated at the start of promenade so that we got to experience all Blackpool has to offer but not too close that you're kept up all night by the nightlife, It is also not too far from the Blackpool tower. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the price was reasonable, We had brought our dog with us for the overnight stay and the staff at the hotel were very accommodating to this for a small charge of only £10. The room was modern, clean and comfortable which was better than we had expected seeing as we had heard other peoples accounts about some hotels in the area. we had opted for bed and breakfast served from 07:30am so were able to eat before we checked out, although we didn't use it I believe the hotel also offers evening meals and room service all night. The food was to a high standard and the restaurant like the room was both modern and clean, I would definately recommend this hotel to future guests.
