  Great food, really nice and nor too expensive. Staff very friendly. Nice and clean rooms I would recommend this hotel

  Attended a lunch in an upstairs function room with family following a funeral. A member of staff met us at the door and showed us to the room. Although we'd ordered two highchairs we had to ask for them on arrival, one of them was missing a strap so we had to ask for it to be replaced. They provided gluten free food which had been ordered in advance, and the buffet for everyone else looked nice and was presented well. With two toddlers we had to continuously move all the food on the buffet table to the back of the table to avoid them pulling it over the top but we do this everywhere we go!

  Had a fantastic stay here as part of a sports team on tour. The rooms were excellent - modern and well equipped. Pool and spa were really good too, with a gym, hot tub, steam room and sauna. However the highlight for myself was the buffet breakfasts, with a seemingly endless selection of foods to choose from! The staff were friendly and patient with our group even when some of the younger lads caused them a bit of trouble. Great hotel, would recommend and definitely will be back if I'm ever in the area!

  Lovely place to stay, hotel was modern and bright, room was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the local staff who were great at giving us information about the buses and attractions to visit in the city centre. Leisure centre is probably one of the best we have been to. It was really clean and didn't smell like an old nappy bin. Good size pool, steam room and sauna. There is also treatment rooms but we didn't use these. Food was first class and there was a good choice on the menu. Very reasonably priced too. I would definitely like to stay here again.

  Stayed as overnight guest, room very comfortable, excellent gym with good selection of equipment, studio with classes available to book on. Really nice large pool with sauna, steam and jacuzzi. All facilities well presented and maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Reasonably priced and located on a main bus route so easy to access the city. Will definitely stay there again. Well done.
