  Beautiful hotel, stayed in the annex which I was a little apprehensive about after reading a review on trip advisor but was pleasantly surprised, private parking, tea/coffee making facilities, clean and well presented. Leisure pool/ sauna/ steam room an added bonus with lovely friendly staff. Breakfast service was very efficient the manager has his finger on pulse and has a good team. The food was fresh and tasty. I would definitely stay here again

  Always enjoy staying here, have been for the last 4 years. Staff are friendly & welcoming too. Breakfast is always good & plentiful although at the time of writing we haven't tried it on our current visit. If we were here for the golf then this would undoubtedly be a 5 star review as the greens look excellent. Spa & leisure facilities look good also & I'm told by my associates that they are really nice but that's not why I'm here (weekend of events in Coventry). You could do much, much worse than book here!

  Stayed on Easter Sunday with our two dogs and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We got an exceptionally good rate including breakfast and our outside room was brilliant allowing us to park right beside the steps up. Would highly recommend.

  The level of customer service across the hotel was not very good. Just an example: the key card for the room had to be taken to reception every day as it would stop working after each use. In order to fix the card we were asked a few security questions every time: first name, last name, car registration number, check in date and check out date. I understand security is important, but considering the same accident happened every day of our stay, these questions seemed redundant and inconvenient. No apology for the inconvenience was issued - on the contrary, we were treated as WE had done something wrong! The room was nice, although everything was a bit dated. The bed was very large and comfortable. There was a water leakage in the bathroom, so the floor would become wet every time we flushed the toilet. Also, there was no way of switching off the fan in the bathroom, which was very noisy. The lighting system did not work properly and it was impossible to turn on only one lamp at the time (either all lights on or complete darkness!). Overall, decent accommodation at reasonable price - but I would not be coming back.

  Today was the first time I have played here in a couple of years. The golf reception has been refurbished and looks brilliant. The service from the guys behind the desk was great, they're very welcoming and serve great coffee! The course was in good shape considering we've had some heavy rain of recent - a sign of a great green keeper! Good work! If I was being uber critical, I found the grass a little too long at the edge of the greens on a few holes. There was no fringe as such, but that is just being nit picky. Overall the whole facility is fantastic! Top marks!
