  Located on the outskirts of Dundee at Broughty Ferry, this is a very good quality hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly & it has all the required facilities for a very comfortable stay.

  Liked staying here enjoyed room food pool facilities had treatment from christine which was very good. Enjoyed drive there due to some scenic and water views from east fife

  This was the ONLY hotel that had a pool during our 2 weeks stay in the UK. This is a beautiful old hotel. I loved the architecture and we all loved the pool, hot tub, and spa. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful! We got the Wyldes Suite, which I did not expect as I paid for a regular room. It slept our party of 5 perfectly. We loved being the Wylde Bunch for the 2 days we were here.

  Two night stay at this hotel. Had upgrade on room which was very nice. Breakfast great. Didn't have time to use the gym etc, but have done in the past very pleasant experience.

  Don't stay here if you are on a business allowance! After staying in this hotel for years, new rules means that hotel demands personal card details even though our company is paying. They claim that they have been caught out by people charging things to wrong rooms and leaving without paying. Proper processes and training would prevent this surely. The hotel staff treat you like children demanding cash in dining room for food that was on company allowance and reception claiming that they would have to pay from their own pocket for meals eaten if we didn't provide personal card details. All in all poorly trained staff and poor processes with shocking customer service means that we will never be back to to this hotel.
