  Enjoy the classes so close to work and good times for classes in the morning as well. Great music and they mix up the exercises every week so it doesn't get repetitive

  Great studio, facilities and classes - instructors pay attention to your form and are really motivating. They really need to sort out the air-con in the spin room though!

  Amazing gym with the friendliest instructors who push you to your max! If you come often and put in the work you will see results FAST.

  Great studio with good facilities and experienced instructors. Large workout room, so you don't feel like you are on top of other people like in some other Bootcamp studios. Instructors also try to spend time fixing form on floor exercises, which also not something you get at many other places.

  This is a brilliant workout/gym/class! I highly recommend as the people are brilliant, friendly, motivating, encouraging and original. The facilities are clean, modern and very practical - the hair dryers are amazing as are the GHD straighters - the l'occitane shampoo/shower gel/conditioner made it feel like I was at a spa! I've taken two classes here and will be going back time and again and have recommended to all my friends. You have to try it out! The best bit has to be the instructors as the layout of the space means you can always see them and they have good music and are always talking to you about the moves, motivating you and giving instructions. It means it's a hard workout, they push you to your limits and yet you feel like you can make it even if you're exhausted by the end! Well worth the money and the classes are at a good times too! ❤️
