  Love this place - get my washing up liquid refills here. Amazing selection of teas, pastas, tinned food etc. that are organic and/or fair trade. Amazing selection of chocolates as well, including vegan and raw - great as gifts or for yourself. Plus they have deli foods that cater to dietary requirements or if you just fancy something nice and local. Cafe with internet. Lots of loose fresh veg and eggs. Alternative toiletries and make up too, if you're looking for cruelty, chemical and animal free products. Water fountain if you need to refill a bottle. 10% student discount. And lovely helpful staff - what's not to love!?

  Lovely store. Produce is expensive, but much of it is organic and fair trade. Staff always very helpful and friendly. The vegan breakfast in the café is lush; and they stock oat milk, which is my favourite.

  Really great, organic, fresh produce but some prices can be quite steep... Excellent holistic/wellbeing/self care section with oils, shampoos and conditioners, baby products, books, and a whole range of things. Fresh deli food and amazing coffee, plus a nice seating environment...

  This is a one-stop shop for organic, ethical and local food in Bristol. Better Food has a wide variety of dried wholefoods, chocolate, hot drinks, fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses and even a solid selection of organic wines and spirits. It is possible to refill cooking oil or washing containers, so bring along your own to reduce your carbon footprint. They also have a fantastic cafe and it is well-worth stopping by for coffee, and perhaps a slice of cake 🍰, after you've shopped!

  I've been visiting this cafe/ supermarket /gift shop for over 10 years and it has steadily gone from very good to brilliant. Huge selection of drinks and food that cater for veggies/vegetarian particularly well. Lots of detox type drinks available. EXTREMELY HEALTHY Dont go if you're a greasy spoon kinda character Lots of parents with little ones, but not Overly child packed, more city dwellers looking for a better way. Great supermarket with an array of different food stuffs, cute gift shop with a beauty care section packed with ethically produced items. Parking at the rear, down some steps Worth a visit
