  My first time at a Bill's coffee shop. Very good. Had the fruit pancakes which were gorgeous. Loads of fruit. Staff friendly. And good value. Close to all norwich shops and also cinema and theatre.

  Lovely place and staff but very overpriced! I got the vegan cauliflower steak, it hadn't really taken up the flavours and while it tasted lovely with the gravy, tomatoes and basil I quickly ran out of these and was left chewing a tough, tasteless 1/4 of a cauliflower... which I paid £12... I was please to see vegan options but wayyyy to expensive for what you get.

  Dirty on the ledges. Dust forming and piling up, puts you off the food which wasn't that great as it was. Was okay but considering price it was poor. They also have the cheek to add 20% onto the bill automatically without asking for a tip. Utterly rude. Just the dirt as I was trying to eat out me off going back ever again really. 🤢

  Can’t say a bad thing about Bill’s at all. Fantastic atmosphere and great dinning especially with good company

  Amazing breakfast! We were seated as walk-ins, and had our order taken from a lovely waitress swiftly. The food was only about 10 minutes and was incredible! I would highly recommend the eggs royal, and my daughters would recommend the Bill's Breakfast! I ordered tea and got given a huge pot which lasted nearly an hour. They also have a fantastic gluten free menu, it's so nice to be able to eat things like eggs Benedict and eggs royal with gluten free bread, all too often the GF options are so limited. The staff were lovely and quick, the seating was comfy and the table was clean and neatly private without feeling segregated. A great place for families, adult groups, couples - and I would feel quite comfortable eating alone here too. I would definitely recommend this place! We will be returning to try it for lunch and dinner very soon, thank you Bill's!
