  Poor service. I took my son's bike to repair but he told me it would be better to service it to cover everything. The following day he charged me much more than what he quoted me for on basis that he repaired extra things which he did not tell me about when he examined it nor did he tell me before fixing it. He also told me that the bike was much smaller for my son after fixing it and not before hand which means I wasted the service money for nothing. I would not recommend them..

  Fantastic service, super friendly staff who are always willing to go the extra mile. They're all very knowledgeable and happy to give advice even if you're not buying anything. Not only they have great bikes at very reasonable prices but also they repair and provide a "bike MOT" service. Can't recommend them enough and will definitely go back. Very happy customer! ;-)

  Got stranded nearby and they were fortunately open on a Sunday and super helpful 👍

  Excellent shop, I was very happy to find them in my neighbourhood. Always top quality service and decent pricing. I can compare with another local bike shop, where people just try to stripe you of money without much effort. Adam from Birdies Bikes is very helpful, easy to contact (even out of hours over email, which I recently had to do, because of travelling), and works to the top standards of work (quality, delivery, parts supply).   Great staff, always happy to help with v good advise. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our cycle needs! After our last bike service the bike feels as good as new, we have actually shaved 10 minutes off the time it takes us to cycle to work! Adam and the team are great and we highly recommend them to everyone whether you are new to cycling or an experienced cyclist. Jack & Michelle
