  Cannot get through by phone, have filled out multiple inquiry forms, and emailed them twice. It has been two weeks trying to give notice of marriage, and still not managed to speak to someone. This is an absolute joke.

  After being on the phone trying to get through for nearly a whole day, I decided to email them and filled out the online form, I then received a phone call from them the next morning, they were very polite and helpful on the phone and also at the office, I was also seen very quickly. So if you have trouble getting through just email them.

  If I couldn’t give 0 star was great! It’s a shame you have three numbers and all busy all day so how we can cancel an appointment or make another one

  Absolutely sick and tired of trying to get through. Been trying for a week now, and you sit in a queue repeatedly being told you are in a queue, but then get cut off after ten minutes. I have also emailed and received nothing back. Ridiculous seeing the importance of the issues they deal with, as it seems not one person gives half a damn. Completely pathetic. Everyone involved should be ashamed.

  Couple of things to keep in mind. Make sure you are on time. Even if you are 5 min late, you will be asked to book another appointment. I believe staff is well behaved as long as you follow the guidelines. You will get lot of parking space within 2 min walking 🚶 distance so no issue. If you are going to book a child birth then you can go alone as long as you are in civil partnership. No need to bring you new born. Book 9 AM appointment and you will be served in 5 min. Overall, I had great experience.
