::I went for the second time for a wash and trim (that was my second time going there for a trim as my first time was ok). I had my hair barely washed and dried with a dirty towel and then brushed with a brush full with other people's hair. I got trim(unevenly as I figured out later when I washed my hair and had to trim the rest myself, even tho I tried to leave it to grow a bit but my hair was falling a lot until I trimmed it). Then my hair was filled with products and then blow dried less then average, not to mention how long it took as he was enjoying his time talking while I have a friend waiting.

::Staff are all really nice and the atmosphere itself is relaxing and down to earth. However I wanted a blowdry for an evening occasion as my hairdresser was away and this salon seemed to be getting 5 star reviews. The roller brush got stuck in my hair therefore the hairdresser had to tug and pull on it to get it out, for a good 7 minutes. It was painful, but the hairdresser was really polite so I didn't want to kick up a fuss. The final result was no different to when I wash my hair and blow dry it upside down. As I was running late I didn't want to start going into discounts or pricing due to the roller and final result. I paid the £30 and left but my head was hurting for a short while after.
