  Excellent service with my first car at Park Lane. Jordan listened to all of my requirements and ensured that I got the best package for me, and was very polite and informative about my model of choice. He also accommodated the handover around my hectic work schedule. Highly recommend them. They communicate very well with their customer. Prompt service and stress-free. Thank you Jordan!

  I have just bought the BMW 530e from BMW Park Lane. Absolutely amazing service from Katie McGuire. Perfect salesman, knowledgeable, but not pushy at all. Actually I have booked to test drive Tesla S the same day and ended up buying the car on the spot and not even trying Tesla. Credit to her as she answered all my concerns swiftly and convinced me that BMW is the right car for me. She was right and I would not hesitate to recommend BMW 530e and also BMW Park Lane to anyone (a great car at a fraction of cost of Tesla S). I also have to mention Callum and Jake who made the most boring process of taking over the car and going through the paperwork effortless and entertaining. Made my wife and me laugh so much. All in all 10/10 for the complete experience from Park Lane crew. Please do not hesitate to go there and get your new car from them.

  First I want to thank Besime in the Used Car group. What a fantastic experience! She was able to meet my price, throw in a nice extra and I've never been so happy with a car! Walking down to see my car for the first time was actually quite a great experience! Thanks to BMW!

  My experience at BMW I Park Lane today was absolutely amazing. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Beverly Guest, who was very polite and very welcoming. She made me feel like I was at home. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to experience professional excellence to come to BMW Park Lane, the local experts are very informative and will go out their way to meet your standards and needs whilst ensuring you get the best experience. Jake Anderson who was one of the sales Executives, was great. He welcomed me like I was a family member. Overall the experience has been a great one, it was one to remember!!! Thank you guys for the wonderful experience.
