  Came same day for assessment and then next day to replace the boiler which needed doing. Very friendly and helpful service all round and would thoroughly recommend.

  Boiler Breakdowns are now my go-to company for anything boiler related. The advice was spot on, the service quick and efficient. Besi & Mo were great to have around & left the place cleaner than any tradespeople have ever done!

  I had a very pleasant surprise with this company in that they responded and sent out a plumber who knew his stuff within 2 hours of our phone call. The plumber who attended was excellent and did not try it on like so many plumbers do! He informed me that 2 parts that had broken down were still under warranty and helped me arrange for the manufacturer to come out and replace these parts FREE of charge whilst he continued his work and I made a phone call. Most plumbers would have tried to get the business from me and charge for the parts but he kindly informed me that we did not need to pay as we should still have the manufacturers gurantee in place. Having been in the property business for over 20 years, I was very happy with his explanations and findings that the plumber told me and he explained everything clearly without trying to make the problem of a small leak worse than it was. I was very happy with the service and will now start to use them for my property company. Highly recommend this firm!
