  We came from wales for week. Went to Boots in Eastgate and the tall dark haired man on the photo counter was very rude . Desperately needs to learn ppl skills . Im 68 and have never been spoken to like that.

  The guy that served us on the photographic counter would benefit from going on a customer service course, the way he speaks down to people is not a very good advert for boots

  No surprises in boots. All the same but worth a look.
