::What a discombobulated store! And especially one on a major retail street. All the directions the escalators run are not in any particular pattern so it is potentially easy to intuitively want to go up the downward escalator. Safety first? When it comes to making your payment there are no clearly marked pay points. Just simply confusion at its best
