  Boots is my favourite shop for beauty products. They often have offers on many products like 3 for 2. Also with the card scheme means I many times buy things without spending a peny. Staff are most pleasant and always ready for advise and helpful.

  Oh dear! The pharmacy staff can be very rude and impatient. They care less about you. No welcome, no smile, they just want you to pay and leave. I really don't know how some of this people got their jobs. How did they pass the interview. Management need to train the staff more on good customer service. Boots is a great place other section of the store is ok. But the pharmacy section- no no no.

  Pharmacist hadn't arrived for their shift and they hadn't scheduled a backup which meant myself and three other people were unable to get medicine we needed. Normally decent but today I'm let down.

  Whether you have a good experience at this store will depend upon which member of staff you deal with. There are a few truly knowledgeable and helpful staff, several that just "chant from the script" and quite a few who seem unhelpful, uninterested and sometimes rather rude (whether intentional or not). "Boots The Chemist" is not a budget store so they really should be doing better here in terms of customer service. The decor is harsh, tired and the fittings out-dated. Time for a refurb!

  My favourite shop for skincare. Love the No7 range. Can be quite busy at times. They offer a photo service. There's also a pharmacy and an opticians.
