  I think there is no customer service at the prescription counter. Firstly, there was really a long queue, waiting time was 30 minutes! Secondly, I went there for asking and booking HPV vaccine service. The lady at the counter said that there is no possibility to provide this service for me, due to the vaccine shortage and said that EVEN couldn’t put me on the waiting list. As a customer I just think this not a good customer service at all!

  Last week got stopped by a young girl selling their new eye cream for us older ladies. No interaction to start of with just a card of older people’s eye pushed towards me and the a 4 min does not come up for air talk on this cream. When it had finished, I was asked what I thought at this stage I was losing the will to live, I said I was happy with my existing cream to which she asked do your crows feet not bother you. Hence to say I walked out of Boots with no purchase. I have always liked Boots but this young girl had no personality and filter to what came from her mouth. I am 56 and fortunately trying to grow old gracefully but even I went straight to the toilets in the Galleries put my glasses on and thought is there something I am not seeing. I would hate for a woman that is not so confident in the ageing process to get treated this way.

  The manager in pharmacy is very unfriendly. He just looked at me contemptuously cause I am late for several minutes of my appointment because of raining. He even said he won't be late for work even it's raining. But please!!! You are not my employer!!!!! I am your customer!!! And I have forgiven you for more than three times delaying of my appointment! plz don't treat your customer like this next time!

  Went to get makeup ideas for my wedding day yesterday. Bea at the no 7 counter was excellent. So helpful as I didn't have a clue! Would highly recommend speaking to her. Very knowledgeable.
