  Appalling telephone service. You can never get through. Nobody answers and there's been many times when I have seen staff lounging around and gossiping when phones are ringing. I would not be surprised if they go into administration.My advice go to local independent pharmacists who can offer a personal excellent service.

  6 days and still nobody answers the phone in the pharmacy. Absolutely appalling!!!
