::Walked in for a urgent eye test - got an appointment for an hour later. Staff was very polite and professional. In about one hour I got visited by the optician and my eyes have been examined with 4/5 different machines. Really happy with it.

::I thought Oxford is a comtemporary city but yet we have some pretty grumpy people working in this store. I am so used to polite and helpful staff at Boots around the country and then you come to Oxford and oh my god. Managers and staff have no knowledge about anything. They are borderline racists too. My fiends who live in Oxford tell me rumours that staff at this branch would manipulate the results of price draws in the make-ups department so that their staff's own relatives would win the prices. To borrow one of Trump's phrases, "Lock them up!!" Apart from that, good products and well priced.
