  It’s a nice place, cosmetic & perfumes, sandwiches etc but the queue on Sunday afternoon was crazy needs some extra staff.

  Fairly big boots with boots opticians. Gets extremely busy on the weekends. Self checkouts help the queues along.

  great service by the optometrist and the sales assistant, however, very annoyed and feel hard done by because of their silly returns policy. could not cancel an order that i made within 24 hours because of a Bespoke Item order. The frame is standard and i understand that the lenses are bespoke. but no, they could not cancel the order and refund in any circumstance. basically stuck. oh well. lesson learned.
