  Meal deal excellent. I don't think there is anything i can say about an iconic brand such as Boots. They may not be the cheapest but they will probably have it in stock. Staff always helpful

  I would like to say few things regarding of some comments posted up here against the pharmacy and certain pharmacist. First of all, please do not forget it is National health service provided via Boots, it is not a charity. All the healthcare professionals took a vow to look after their patients and made the public health as their priority. They have no reason of ignoring anyone's prescriptions; they try their very best to help us. However, when they made a mistake, they got penalised; but did they ever get a reward for doing everything right? Since when did the public become so selfish and ungrateful? Before we take out on the staff, do we try to understand the story inside out? Surely, our personal time is important and their time is not? We are all human beings, we do make mistakes; please show some sympathy and empathy. I want to remind everyone again, it is a service based business, but not a charity. Secondly, few comments on here were totally made up with lies. I have known the pharmacist, Ling for more than six years; not only she has showed me kindness, but also focuses on patient's safety at all times. I do not need to be a lawyer to know that leaving a comment against someone personally based on lies, which further leads to damaging his or her reputation or the reputation of the business is illegal. I am not a lawyer, however, my lawyer friend has agreed to help investing the case. If it is found and proved that those comments were not true, legal procedures may be taken.

  All the pharmacists in store are really helpful, especially li ling, she is great, helpful, and trying her best to help myself and mum. Thanks for looking after my mum's prescription.

  useless 7 bottle of aftershave testers empty. Looked around for 10 minutes to find a member of staff, found one was told sorry off on my break. Shop on line next time better service.
