  As with all Boot's shops, a lovely range of mostly everything that you would expect to find in a chemist shop. Prescriptions are dispensed at this branch, and I have always found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable on the products and services that they offer. The shop is always lovely and warm when you go in, accompanied by that sort of comforting smell that you always find in chemist shops and generally plenty of specials on offer. would recommend ps if you find this review helpful, please give it a 👍

  What a dreadful store, where to start, first can i find a member of staff very difficult on a saturday afternoon, only 2 staff in there what a joke.Next not very helpful staff they can't be bothered terrible attitude,i think the manager of the shop doesn't care ,in fact i have never seen a manager in there,i only pick up the No7 stuff i need otherwise i stick to the mall at cribbs.Would have given no stars but system wont allow me.For god sake train your staff to speak to customers Boots.

  Small shop but great customer service and good selection of strong and good quality non prescription sunglasses. Very helpful pharmacists. Would recommend getting a Boots card to get points to save money in any Boots shop. Very good quality make up, perfume, aftershave, toilettries, grooming and sanitary products.

  Some staff training on how to appropriately deal with customers wouldn't go a miss, as this woman didn't have a clue how to speak to customers. Shame, never had a problem before but after this ill be going straight to the billings chemist.

  Great stock 90% of the items I see on the Boots website is stocked in this store The staff are friendly and helpful too
