  Cashiers were not the friendliest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to. Gave me incorrect information on two counts. Opticians never answer the phone even had to call pharmacy who kindly walked over and told them to pick up! Opticians also change their tone and become less than helpful when they realise you are not buying the glasses from them after paying for an eye test.

  Love Boots. Simple reason: Friendly assisting staffs. Good prices. Great varieties.

  Very happy and helpful staff really a credit to the store which helps with the complicated outlay of aisles with no signs to help?!

  The pharmacy in boots is best in norwich ,the staff are helpful knowledgeable and will always help when you have a probelm.
