Very large store, friendly and helpful

Visited the walk in on the top floor of Boots. Always busy with no way of judging wait time, felt this was worse than other walk-ins. The Boots section on the first floor is not very organised. You will most likely need assistance from someone from the store to find what you need. Not great customer service either.
