  It was very bad experience in Boots opticians Manchester Market St and the staff were helpless (especially most workers who wear blue-navy uniform), also there is a sense of racism.

  Flagship boots store...has everything boots has to provide...this store is well organised without having to queue for too long to be served.

  Awful customer service! Server didn't wear a badge or smile placed my change on the counter than in my hand and when I tried to mention this to another member of staff they just ignored me

  I think Boots Opticians in the Arndale center are brilliant. I went for a routine eye test yesterday and was really impressed by the level of service. The optician was really friendly and explained every step of the process. The examination was thorough and painless. I was in and out in about half an hour with no waiting around at all. They even put a copy of my retinal images onto a CD for free for me because I was curious about them!
