  Store looked immaculate with helpful staff. We were very happy with the jeans and shirts suggested by the young man. Will definitely use them again.

  What a horrible visit!! Horrible staff!!! I use to buy my Boss clothes in Germany. In Norwich i saw this friendly looking store and went in. A young man (seemed to be about 17 years old, wearing a really big, not fiitting dress) asked me what i am looking for. I answered that i would like try some Boss Orange shirts. He said full of arrogance: "we don't sell those cheap stuff . We have boss, not Orange. If you want Boss Orange you have to look in the supermarket. " I laughed an went out. The first and only time in my life, visitng this "hut"!!

  My problem with this store is the staff. My husband and I went in this store the other day we were virtually hounded out of the store. The staff will do well to remember that they are retail assistants. We were hassled by a bright eyed wet behind the ears with a hideous beard assistant. Well done mate, we took our business to house of Fraser and Hugo Boss missed out on a few hundred pounds. Its a no from me.
