::It's true that staff can sometimes come across as a bit aggressive in their sales however generally speaking the customer service is good and the quality of the products is very good; but certainly not perfect from my experience of purchasing several items here on several occasions.

::On 20-12-17 visited your store in Sloan Square where bought 2 pair of boxer shorts as part of Xmas present. Due the shorts purchase shop was empty, sale assistant was not busy, however did not let my wife know that item which she is buying is non-refundable/exchangeable. She simply did not mention your store policy (it's strange when people buy xmas shopping), neither has show your regulatory note which you have only on one of your counters (downstairs till did not have any notes at all!) and which is not noticeable at all... As result shorts were not liked and wanted to give them back to exchange to something else. I won't go into deep detail BUT it took me 30 min of waiting/ discussing time with 2 of managers in the store who told us: that we can't give 2 unsealed, unopened boxes back! The member of staff were extremely unhelpful, rude (first time in the boutique I got such way of treat) and when I asked them why sale assistant never mentioned your shop policy to us in regards with boxers purchase- I got an answer: "We don't have to!". Sadly to say, you must to do it as in every shop where this of sort policies exist, member of staff always points out that item won't refundable! Or your receipt this policy is not mentioned either! In every single shop they do it! Also if I would buy this item from you online store, I would have no problem with giving this item back! Why I can't give it back if I bought from your shop directly? What strange logic do you have? If I would buy the same item and House of Frasier I would be able to get a refund it too... It's simple mad and against any customer rights! Manager did not even bother to check that shorts were unopened....Did not want to speak to us.... This how Hugo Boss prefers to treat their long-term loyal customers? It's shocking. I can assure we will never buy anything else from your brand and neither any members of our family. Hugo Boss gave my husband the other day client priority card, I don't need it, I just need good friendly customer service! Thanks in advance,

::Incredible aggressive staff!! Unprofessional! Instead of welcoming, rude and make you to leave this beautiful store! This afternoon, I tried on a winter coat, next second, a sales woman who was passing by with her hand full of clothes and hangers, just start to be aggressively pushy if I buy this coat and wanted to take to the till. Informed her, still undecided (because want to make sure I am choosing the right size) and probably buying more things today. She was still not understanding that, I need more time to look around. Soon I had enough and turned around to other sales man a young guy to put a coat behind the till and informed him, I felt uncomfortable been pushed so badly. Than a same woman start the fight middle of the store with this nice sales guy!!??About what...? Dear Hugo Boss, I am a client and I can buy anything I want, no need to jump to my face by your employee just because She feels the smell of the money and she is planning to do more sales/commissions. Shame on this store to employ a staff like this woman! I left the store (with a coat LOL) and continue to shop online!! Maybe a customer service or etiquette training would be useful!
